Kathryn was so understanding about us not knowing what time we’d arrive and she was really welcoming when we did arrive. She showed us our storage unit and explained the process in detail, and went through all the paperwork thoroughly with me. The whole facility was clean and tidy, and the units well maintained. Trolleys and lift were provided as well. Highly recommend.
