Unfortunately we were not happy with the end result of our one-time clean. Ruth stated interior windows would be cleaned however many of our windows were not and I agreed to pay extra for the garage to be cleaned however on the day, they didn’t complete this as agreed and still tried to charge me the extra and we had to have multiple back and forth about this. All the while, Ruth was trying to encourage us to sign up for her weekly cleans.
I've been using them for a few years. Competitive pricing, flexible schedule, and they're always friendly. Can't ask for much else
Responding to the owner's response below mine: 1) The door was not open. I entered and it was closed. Also, bleach does not dissipate that quickly, and there was no bleach smell in the hallway. There was however, a slight smell of cleaner on the floor and in the one bathroom, which I mentioned in my review. If a less-strong cleaner can be detected, I would expect, BLEACH, to also be detected. 2) A home being "cleaned" during a "move-in cleaning" is not an excuse for the crumbs on the floor, food in the refrigerator and freez... read more
I highly recommend AKM Cleaning Services. Highly professional and they do an excellent job on all the details.
I hired AKM to clean our new house before we moved in and they were amazing. The house was fresh and spotless, the workers were polite and did the job quickly. I would definitely recommend them.
