Absolutely the best eye specialist ever. There isn't anything she won't do to help her patients. I have referred many people to her and they all have been glad they went! Some drove 5 hrs to see her.

Dr. Akler is experienced, but remains engaged with reviewing and offering the latest technology options for her patients. The whole process from initial appointment scheduling, insurance paperwork, examination, consultation, cataract lens options, surgery process, and post-op follow-up examinations exceeded all expectations.
I had a cataract removed about 3 years ago when I was living in Grand Rapids Michigan. Over the past year I noticed the vision in my right eye was getting blurrier. I made an appointment with an optometrist and she said that a film had developed over my lens from my cataract surgery and I needed to see an ophthalmologist.
