I had my 2 children go and at first amazing but we had to pay to have them put under anesthesia to have work done which I was thankful, but 2-4 day after I noticed my sons tooth it had broke from eating grapes, now everything that they charged my insurance has broken every tooth they worked on has broken and funny I paid 800.00 dollars cash to have this procedure done and now they stoppe taking my insurance after 5 days of being there I had to bring my daughter back because they said they needed X-rays ... read more
I’ve been coming here for several years, and my daughter absolutely loves it. The dentists and hygienists are consistently excellent, and they made her feel comfortable every step of the way, including when she got her braces here. The entire team is patient, accommodating, and truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend.
I really wish I didn’t have to write this publicly, but there’s no way to submit feedback or a complaint directly to the office, so this seems to be the only way to share what happened and hopefully get some positive change. We have been patients here for many years. This practice used to be such a warm, kid-friendly, welcoming place. My children always walked out happy and excited to come back. Top quality team of dental and ortho experts. Amazing office with a huge fish tank that entertains the kids. Highly recommend Dr. Bersson and his staff.
