Good service, reasonable price, no problem with our system so far with annual checkups. Friendly employees that answer all questions. Wonderful company! No problems for 2025!
Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Replaced a bag compressor for $800 less than a competitor. Did the work fast and good. Even replaced a bad thermostat for me. Had them replace a whole unit several years ago. Learned my lesson calling their competition. I will only use Akins from now on.
Woke up this morning to the AC not working. Called Shawna, first thing, for an appointment and she had Jeremy at our front door within an hour. Jeremy had our AC up and running within 2 hours. We sure do appreciate their quick response, efficiency, knowledge and professional attitude in resolving our AC issue !!!
All aspects of the service call was such a positive experience. Air conditioner issues during the summer are always high priority. Akins Heating and Air made this as quick and painless as possible. Jeremy Green, the technician, is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We're back up and cooling.
