Woke up this morning to the AC not working. Called Shawna, first thing, for an appointment and she had Jeremy at our front door within an hour. Jeremy had our AC up and running within 2 hours. We sure do appreciate their quick response, efficiency, knowledge and professional attitude in resolving our AC issue !!!
All aspects of the service call was such a positive experience. Air conditioner issues during the summer are always high priority. Akins Heating and Air made this as quick and painless as possible. Jeremy Green, the technician, is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We're back up and cooling.
HVAC Technician Josh was very knowledgeable and found 2 problems right away! Way better service than the company i had to install the New Unit! Wished I would have called Akins to begin with.
He showed me the before and after photos of what he cleaned out . I believe that he did a great job. He was polite and explained everything to me before he started the job.
Excellent service. Jeremy was on time and told me what he was doing. Extremely ptofessional!
