I called because me Mother's AC/heater was out and it is expected to be 28* tonight. They didnt hesitate to send Jeremy right away, he replaced the faulty part and had her all warm and toasty ASAP. Thank you for your quick response and caring service.
Repairs were done on a timely manner. Technician explained what he was doing and why. Jeremy was very efficient and friendly.
