Thanks to Akins for replacing our garage door opener today. They previously repaired our old one and it lasted an additional 5 years. They have also replaced our garage door. They are reliable, reasonably priced and have an awesome staff. Mr. Dickey has been out every time we need repairs. It's awesome to have a company with longevity employees we can count on. We highly recommend them.

Unacceptable behavior for a representative of a company to park in a no parking fire lane. So they can go shopping. Good thing there was no fire

Mr. Akins was so kind and helpful. The sensors on our garage door stopped working. He said he could have a crew to my house within an hour to fix it and it would cost anywhere from $120 to $300 for them to come depending on the parts they needed. He also asked me if I would be willing to try some troubleshooting. After messing with the sensors for 2 hours on my own, my patience was a little thin (and I was really just ready to pay him and move on!), but I was willing to give it a try.
