After having bought more than 10 work trucks from Akins over the years, this last attempt (not successful) was not what Ive come to expect. Sales person disinterested, sales manager never contacted me as promised, having to chase the dealership to be a customer. I want to start by saying Akins Ford is absolutely phenomenal all the way around. My dad, mom, sister, and I have all purchased vehicles from this dealership this year, and every one of us has had an excellent experience.
