Excellent and fair I have taken my Lexus to Akins twice in the last year for body work. Both times I did not want to involve my insurance company as it would have caused a large increase in our rates. The work was very well done. The first time it was delivered on time and the second time I was told within a week that there would be a delay due to parts. Atkins Body Shop, Palo Alto, CA Atkins Body Shop recently repaired the rear bumper of our Prius after a fender bender. Once the insurance company gave Atkins approval to fix our vehicle, an Atkins employee called me to set up an appointment to see my car. I received a time estimate for the work and a date on which I should bring in my car. The work was beautifully done, and was done ahead of schedule. PROS: Professional, knowledgeable. CONS:
RICK DAVID do not trust this body shop.eddy the person in charge of the place is a born liar.smiles and is pleasant to you at the beginning but when your car has been there 2/3 weeks and you ask him what the hold up is he starts off lying to you then if you question him he gets nasty
Great service I had an accident and Allstate sent me here. They kept me more in the loop than the insurance company did. George is great! I My car ended up being totaled but I would take my car there in the future for repairs given the excellent service I received.
