Whoever answered the phone was very short and told me to text my vin and the service needed and someone would reply. After doing that, I never received a response.
After finding this auto repair shop on Google and seeing the reviews, I decided to bring my car here. I'm happy I did! I'm always so nervous when taking my vehicle in for repairs but Akins provided excellent customer service from the very first call. I needed new struts and shocks on my car and I called in asking for a quote. I was asked to text the year, make, model and vin of my vehicle.
