I hired these guys to remove one tree and trim another. I asked to be home when they were coming and they showed up without advising me anyway. This is what they call standard practice for "trimming" a tree and advised me that they don't schedule with homeowners because they are too busy and just get the work done when they have time. Beware!

Very nice people, but extremely difficult to schedule. I waited for weeks to get calls returned, times scheduled for work to be done, etc. Seem very disorganized. They sure were "Johnny on the spot" when they wanted paid, though. Left a mess of twigs under a tree they trimmed, and two big piles of sawdust where they ground up tree stumps.
