My husband was charged for partial hours of service as full hours. In response to our concern, the owner said "I could have done all the digging at the age of 60 and with a bad back in 20 minutes." That was insulting since my husband spent 3 1/2 hours digging out the sprinklers to cut down the cost of the sprinkler repair.
We called Akimoto to help us with a low pressure issue. They came out, told us their fee, and spent about 2 hours repairing broken valves and sprinkler heads. Unfortunately that didn't solve the issue. It was late by the time they finished and so they said they would schedule us right away for a return. I didn't hear back so I had to reach out and so they came two week later. Two guys, $90 per hour each guy. I paid the bill eventhough they couldn't solve the problem. Great for winterizing sprinklers! I would recommend texting, not calling.
I had a very positive experience with Akimoto Sprinklers. They installed sprinklers and two valve boxes. The crews were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very responsive to our concerns. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend to others!
