I saw Dr. Robert Huang to discuss chronic sinusitis and two other ENT-related concerns. When I explained that I had three issues to talk about, he bluntly said he'd only address two — no flexibility or curiosity about my full condition, which was surprising and disappointing. The doctor was the worst I’ve ever met. She rushed into the room and didn’t even bother to speak with me patiently or listen to what I had to say.
My 18 month old son had second degree burns on 05.20.25 from dropping tea on his left hand, rushed to the ER in 30 minutes. Doctors could not treat him and was transferred to Shriners children hospital same day after 5 hours. Was given 2 fentanyl doses for managing the pain and could not even clean his wound. Disappointing to not have a burns doctor in the east bay at such a big hospital. Very painful to see my child crying continuously for 5 hours.
My recent visit to the Sutter Roseville Medical Center Emergency Room was highly unsatisfactory. I found that the overall medical care had significantly deteriorated, and the facility appears to be mismanaged. Upon arrival, the check-in staff demonstrated a pronounced lack of professionalism and rudeness. They appeared unwilling to listen to my concerns or effectively engage with my situation. This is the worst doctor in the entire state of California possibly the United States of America. You can express concerns about how her staff doesn’t provide care that should be expected of medical staff, and instead of addressing their concerns she’s going to remove you from her practice. Not give you time to find another doctor instead just give you a letter stating that you will no longer be receiving any medication or care from the Doctor Who wasn’t really giving you any care in the first place. I had worst experience today. I had appointment with Dr Khan at 1pm. I arrived at my appointment at 12.40pm. Got checked in. At 1.15pm I notified at the reception I haven't been called. 5mins later a medical assistant called me and took my vitals. 1.30pm she said Dr khan will be in soon. 1.45pm she informed me Dr khan is not at the office and is on his way. 1hr of waiting and than im informed his not in office.
