The company that handles my dad's prescriptions was unable to reach Dr. Parikh for a refill. Since I take care of my dad's prescriptions, I tried locating the doctor. On yelp the reviews weren't great. I did find an office listed on google at 625 Lincoln Ave, San Jose. I walked into the office to try and get help an was discreetly told he was no longer with the practice. My dad has had no issues since his recent surgery but follow up care is very very important too
