I have used Akia Plumbing in the past and the service was very prompt and satisfactory. Recently, I had an emergency situation with a toilet inlet hose leak right before leaving for vacation with no time to wait on a plumber. I was frantic and panicked. I called and the gentleman, Brent, that answered the phone for assistance was exceptional! He was cordial, very helpful over the phone, and knowledgeable. I had a GREAT experience with Akia plumbing! I called to have my shower cartridge changed, which is suppose to be an easy fix but I could NOT get the cartridge removed! They came out and were fairly confident to pull out the cartridge easily. So confident, in fact, that they managed to pull the filter out with a big brained plumber's trick AND they did their services for free since they didn't fix anything. I would 100% recommend again. Akia came out right away just like they said on the phone & when they showed up I chose Akia over a couple of other places because after some experience with different trades I can tell who knows what they are doing & I’m glad because they did an excellent job re-pipng gas lines on a home for me & they told exactly how much it would cost so that was good to know I’ll definitely call on them again!
My hot water tank went out & I called a plumber that my office had used before. They came out & gave me a quote that I thought was very high. Tahlequah lumber gave me the number for Akia, they came out & their quote was so much cheaper & they were very professional & found some discrepancy in what the other company had told me. Will definitely use them again!
