We originally called roto rooter and they couldn’t help us and quoted us triple what Akia quoted us for the exact same service. It ended up being a bigger issue than we originally anticipated and we still stayed in a great spot on cost. Our plumber, Roger, was helpful, dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly. We would use Akia again in a heartbeat!
Akia is a company that actually cares about people!!! After explaining the problem we were having, they promptly sent out Robert who diagnosed what was wrong. He installed a new water heater in just a couple of days, with no mess I might add!! Robert provided professional and expert service. We are VERY thankful for Akia and highly recommend them!
