I have lived here for almost 3 years and this place has single-handedly changed my life in so many ways. The landlord here is literally an angel. she will go to bat for you and is such a hard worker. Our apartments are always up kept and if you put in a maintenance order, it will be dealt with in that week if not the next day. I have never lived in an apartment complex or maintenance was so fast and nice. You can’t even tell that you live right Down the street from Aurora. It’s its own little safe Haven.
Great neighborhood
I was living there for a year and it got infested with bugs and they started acquiring guns so I had to leave
a lot insects around the neighborhood, very u safe wouldn’t recommend
Extremely dangerous and very ghetto. Shootings every night
