This man is a monster.
“Dr.” Akgul is an egotistical pathetic excuse of a man with a major power trip. Patients seeking psychiatric care do not deserve to be yelled at (literally) and blamed for their mental health issues. My understanding is that he has mistreated many patients and continues to get away with it. If he is caused you harm or emotional distress, I urge you to speak out and make your voice heard.
I am one of many people that Akgul has mistreated and caused further problems for due to his mistreatment. When I complained to staff, they would say that's just his bedside manner. Or if I didn't say his name, they immediately guessed who I was talking about. He is a monster and should not be allowed to "treat" vulnerable patients. A power hungry, egotistical, misogynist little man should not be treating women (or any gender really) with PTSD. And that's what he is.
