Just had warranty work done on my Nordic Track treadmill, the technician Eric was courteous and very knowledgeable about the equipment. He changed a control board and motor easily and was gracious enough to show me how to lubricate my treadmill belt properly and checked the belt and deck to see if it needed lubrication.
