Walked in said I needed an F150 was told that there wereno trucks available right now with a tow hitch at all. Discouraged I walked out cussing because my workday was ruined but was met by a man telling me to get back in and sit down he was was finding one. I wanted an F150 but ended up with a F350 service body. Moral of the story they got me in a truck and as a self employed person what more can you ask for.
I will never rent a truck from here again. First of all, I was double charged for the rental and when I reached out about the charges it was impossible to reach someone. They don’t answer the phones. When I finally got a hold of someone, Josh (the manager) told me that they sent the refund to my card. It has been almost 3 weeks and there is nothing to show, my bank doesn’t even see the return authorization on their end. It has been a horrible experience with this company to get my refund.
