Apart from the obvious inability to get appointments right, she acted in multiple ways of conflict of interest that resulted in my near death. i highly do not recommend, i mean, if you're looking to repair yourself consider self education instead or another psychotherapist.
Gets complaints from Akers over her inability to confirm an give details on when where & what day appointments are to happen, either wrong day/date or wrong Timezone since she operates in 2 different states im located in NSW an get QLD times (specific to messages received) With no details weather or not the appointment is to be done via Zoom over the internet due to my rural location or face to face in Armidale NSW Also she seams to lien milking it S this is a Government paid role an is very condescending towards her patient... read more
Akers Can’t get bookings right or confirm them, dates don’t match days, which doesn’t matter as she will Often cancel at last minute for lame excuses. QLD times for NSW appointments. Akers is very rude & sexist. Has little insight on how to run a business professionally AVOID. Will also be very condensending when appointments are missed due to not being on daylight savings times stick to your own state then!!..
