Cintia was extremely helpful throughout the entire apartment search process. She was professional, responsive, and always available to answer questions and guide me every step of the way. Her support made finding an apartment much less stressful, and I truly appreciated her dedication and assistance!
I do not recommend this property. And important legal warning to anyone considering renting from this company: At first glance, the building looks modern and well-maintained, but in reality it is very old. The renovations appear to be mostly cosmetic rather than addressing underlying issues. During my stay, I experienced repeated pest problems and recurring mold over extended periods. Definitely my best experience appartment searching in Montréal (which is why I decided to rent there)! Cintia was super kind when showing me around and really made sure I moved in the best possible conditions. Considerate and nice to be around, would recommend 10/10
