Very disappointing experience. Eric Agulnik (Senior Property Manager at 4800 Boul. de Maisonneuve O, Westmount, QC) was the person who replied to me when I faced problems during my time renting at a property managed by Akelius. Although I paid $2,885 per month in rent, my emails about ongoing issues were often ignored. When he did respond, his tone was rude and unprofessional, and he acted as though resolving issues was a favour rather than part of his job.
