Stay away from their buildings. They don’t do anything to maintain their buildings. They deliberately drag their feet with any necessary repair, and try and just make you give up. Superintendents, property managers - this whole organization has a rotten lazy culture. I’m a resident in one of their Clinton hill buildings.
