I’m always waiting over a half hour past my appointment to be seen
This place is run down because of the office staff. Not all, but some. Specifically Dr. Zaw’s staff. She’s a great doctor, but doesn’t have the best staff to support her. I was met with rude behavior, passive aggressive attitude and i just got sick of dealing with it while dealing with my kidney issues. I found a new place and they are on top of it. Kind even. I just didn’t know why her staff usually has a bad attitude, never welcoming, and if you were extra nice enough MAYBE they would be nice back. I’m done
I have liked both my doctors here. Very professional and kind. Today, however, I was very upset because i had scheduled my appointment months ago and the office was completely shut down. No one told me this! I called a few times before i reached anyone and was told to go to the Desert Banner office. After waiting outside here so long, thinking they were at lunch, it was too late to go there on time. Worse, an elderly couple barely made it up the stairs with their canes only to find out the same.
