I have liked both my doctors here. Very professional and kind. Today, however, I was very upset because i had scheduled my appointment months ago and the office was completely shut down. No one told me this! I called a few times before i reached anyone and was told to go to the Desert Banner office. After waiting outside here so long, thinking they were at lunch, it was too late to go there on time. Worse, an elderly couple barely made it up the stairs with their canes only to find out the same. My favorite office to visit
I had a consultation with Dr Ahmed today. He was friendly, and I felt the consultation went well. Unfortunately, the back office staff left me with a negative impression. The person who checked me out wasn't very friendly at all. I was irritated she didn't believe me when I told her I didn't need a work order for blood work before my follow-up visit.
