I think Dr. Sacks is the greatest! He reviews my labs in detail and explains any questions I have in terms I can understand. I never feel rushed and he never cuts me off when I am talking which shows me that he respects my concerns. It is rare to find a doctor like Dr. Sacks in todays medical environment.
I developed stage 3 kidney disease so I went to see the Dr.. He told that I'm great and I should continue my GI medication and should not stope it, he also assured me that it doesn't cause any kidney disease, however I contacted the manufacture and they told me that this medication causes kidney failure based on clinical trials and reported by actual patients and I should discontinue the medicine immediately since I developed kidney disease. I'm furious at this untrustworthy unknowledgeable irresponsible dr. Ortez
I always feel well informed and caught up after seeing Dr. Sacks. unfortunately they seem to have a high turnover of office staff . i only see 1 doc and he listens to my concerns and thoroughly reviews my last visits tests and results everytime
