Amazing! Alexis has been managing my hair for about 4 months and every time I go, my hair comes out exactly how I want it. Alexis is very informative when it comes to what products to use. if she's not happy with the result she will make sure it gets fixed the way it should! All the ladies are wonderful and awesome teamwork
