I went in for a $90 oil change. Signed a work order for $90 and was told 2 or 3 hrs. After 6 hrabi called and was told the bill was $240. They never called me for authorization. They changed my $30 filter for $150. I would never go back or recommend then to anyone. They charged more than Mercedes would. They are unfair and I was not the only unhappy customer.thanks for nothing!!!
This place is amazing! Ok so here's a few of my encounters with them...once in the door, and I received very friendly service. The shop consists of two specialized technicians, Fred who is a magician when it comes to fixing Mercedes Benz, and Eric, who has magical wizard powers when fixing BMW's.. There's also Oscar who does Basic service to any vehicle that comes in. I also saw another guy in there but wasn't sure who he was...besides the point.
