I went in for a $90 oil change. Signed a work order for $90 and was told 2 or 3 hrs. After 6 hrabi called and was told the bill was $240. They never called me for authorization. They changed my $30 filter for $150. I would never go back or recommend then to anyone. They charged more than Mercedes would. They are unfair and I was not the only unhappy customer.thanks for nothing!!!
This place is amazing! Ok so here's a few of my encounters with them...once in the door, and I received very friendly service. The shop consists of two specialized technicians, Fred who is a magician when it comes to fixing Mercedes Benz, and Eric, who has magical wizard powers when fixing BMW's.. There's also Oscar who does Basic service to any vehicle that comes in. I also saw another guy in there but wasn't sure who he was...besides the point. Mercedes Benz Repair Review 2012 – We are not one to give reviews, but due to our neighborhood friends we do not want anyone else getting ripped off. Worth Every 5 STARS They specialize in Mercdes and BMW repairs. I took my car in for some minor work that needed to be done on it. The owner Mike was very kind he offered me some coffe and tea and some cookies. He made me feel like it was my own home. I was very delighted with the way I was treated. I was quoted a time for service to be done, and the service was actually done before, so they had given me a call. They even offered me a ride if I needed one.
