I had my baby shower there it was terrible the room was too hot there was no IC ,the event date was like 100 degrees outside. staff were ignorant . Some table cloth were dirty . lack of communication they never inform you what they are going to do next . I will never go back there. Bad experience.
It has a nice lunch buffet on most of the days, though not very diverse, but adequate to have a great experience. The tables are spread out, and staff attentive. Parking is ample, even when seminars or banwuets are on. Tbey have a Garden City branch at Long Island that can experience a bit of parking crunch on busiest banquet days, but have a valet who do a good job.
