Great Indian Restaurant I go to Akbar Palace Restaurant, very frequently & I like their food very much. I like the service of the restaurant. The food is great and very tasty. I had celebrated my birthday at Akbar Palace and that was my best birthday celebration they also give some gift certificate for the benefit of the customers. I just love the restaurant & recommend to all.

Ordered carry out. Was given an entree with meat (We are vegetarians). Also, ordered masala chai. Reconfirmed at pickup. The guy lied: black tea and milk. So, with tip, almost $40 and only one entree we could eat and papadum...not okay.
The waitstaff is attentive, atmosphere is perfect (fancy, but not intimidating), but more then anything, the food is fantastic! I've been coming here for 15 years or so, and am hard-pressed to find better authentic Indian food. Can't recommend this place enough!
I have enjoyed the food and the people at Akbar Palace for over 25 years, and I look forward to 25 more (at least)!
Food is disgusting, not authentic in anyway. Seems unsanitary as dishes were not cleaned. Manager rude and obnoxious. Service extremely slow and poor. DO NOT GO
