I participated in dance journey metamorphosis. It was my first ecstatic dance experience. Kallie created a wonderful judgement free and safe space to dance and heal and just be. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to move their body and connect.
Through a unique and personalized therapeutic session utilizing, including soothing smells, evocative sounds, and energy holds, Kallie created a very safe space for me to release many emotional and psychic burdens. The session was quite different from typical talk therapy it that it allows the resolution of burdens without creating and reinforcing the stories around those burdens.
