We did the seated guided tasting at Akash with Roberto and it was first class. The tasting was great and suited our group of those who enjoyed wine and those who were new to wine. Roberto talked us through all the choices and each wine was better than the last. He even provided a tour of the process and behind the scenes, and even met Akash himself!
