Extraordinary Exhibit in the 2022 Melbourne Flower & Garden Show - It was Captivating at so many levels. The link between our forests and climate change was well made 2.6 Billion m2 of forest destroyed world wide during the length of the show. Our townhouse had a small courtyard with grey pavers, that looked bland and uninteresting. Our only view was a wooden fence with a narrow retaining wall that some basic plants in it see from our living and kitchen area. We wanted a peaceful green outlook to integrate the outside area with our inside space. We contracted AKAS to fulfil this brief and we have been blown away with the end result. Anthony & Alistair designed a garden for us that ticked all the boxes - aesthetics, functionality, and was low maintenance. We trusted their decision-making throughout the process, and they were happy to accommodate any changes we requested. The contractors they employed were also highly professional and all in all it was a great experience from start to finish.
I highly recommend Akas landscape architecture. The guys exceeded my expectations of what my garden could actually look like. From what I thought was a tiny awkward unusable space to an absolute oasis in my eyes. With an area that is tucked away behind my house that was never used is now one of my favourite areas and I constantly sit there or pace up and down in amazement of what it really is now.
