We have Akam managing our condominium Be aware they only care about giving their employees a paycheck Our building looks dirty The manager has been here less than 6 months and already took 2 vacations They don’t walk the property to look for areas to improve Be aware that’s all I can say
AVOID AVOID AVOID. I am in contract to purchase a condo in a building in NYC managed by AKAM for my daughter to live while she attends medical school. Through the lack of effort, indifference and overall lack of professionalism on the part of the AKAM employees we may not close in time for her to start school. They do not care. AVOID AKAM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY
