I have been seeing Susana for about 5 years now. I have struggled with acne/scaring and she has taken such good care of me. She has fantastic experience in the field, and always goes above and beyond. The experience at Mona Vale Akaliko is incredible, I feel so welcomed, especially from Yvonne’s smiling face at the desk. Akaliko is simply the best! Vanessa is an exceptional therapist who combines professionalism with a warm caring bedside manner, especially during my RF microneedling sessions which can be painful but OMG so worth it for skin tightening. I've tried a variety of treatments here—RF microneedling, facials, IPL, peels—and the results have been nothing short of amazing. I keep coming back because the experience and outcomes are consistently top-notch. Highly recommend!
I have visited the Bangalow Akaliko twice now and I am obsessed. I had the Hollywood Carbon Laser Facial for my first appointment, it was so relaxing and my skin was so clear in the weeks afterwards. I then went on to book the RF skin needling recommended to me based on my skin concerns. I had this treatment on Monday and I am SHOOK.
