Rude and lazy. We are a cash buyer wanting to see a house today and it was too inconvenient for her to arrange a showing. I have never had an agent that lazy. Called Caldwell Banker and that agent was on top of it.

Not all posting are factual and are true, some buyer do not qualify to purchase a property. The buyer that has allowed their credit to get bad cannot hold me are any one responsible for their bad decisions. If you believe all that posted against a person without truly know the facts. If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I were interested in buying a house and had called the office, the lady on the phone told us that the house had already been In the process of being sold. We were sad, but willing to ask her about other listing she had. My fiancé continued to explain to her his excellent credit situation and his standing with the bank, and before he could finish his explaining she hung up. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called Akadia Realty 4 times to look at a property that I was interested in buying. I was AT the property twice and no one could meet me. On the last day that I called her, she assured that she would call me after her last appointment. I'm still waiting on that call.
