My complaint isn't just based on the deception regarding the refund time and delays. From the very beginning, when Davis sold me the package, they didn't clearly explain the costs, especially if I switched clinics, which would incur a significant additional expense. The contract didn't clearly outline the refund details, and I was told that the braces would need to be removed for the refund. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, I needed a service done in the next few hours due to an emergency and they were nothing but helpful! Reception was very kind as well. Definitely recommend!
