We paid a pretty decent amount of money to stay here through the American Express Travel program. We were supposed to get early check in and late check out. Neither of those happened. We called the day of to see when we could check in and they barely could accommodate a 3pm check in. Upon arrival they “upgraded” our room. Spent 2 days here and I’ll 1000% be back on my next trip. The gym was perfect, the pool was a vibe and the general atmosphere and room was just very very comfortable and upscale without the pretentiousness. The younger front desk dude that works til 11 & both golf cart drivers were all fantastic to me during my stay 10/10 customer service!

My experience staying here for the first time was amazing. Everything was top tier from the booking to check in and out process. Makayla was very accommodating and exemplified excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again.
