Room and location are great. Service is very poor from from desk to the room service. We arrived to the hotel at 9:45 and asked for a tooth brush and some hot water. Apparently none of those items “couldn’t be delivered”. Also asked the front desk if parking was free on the street after certain time. He didn’t know neither he tried to check but simply said to put the car in the valet which costs over $25 dollars a day.
Already loving this place and I’m here for a week! The room looks just like the photos and the hotel smells so nice! I booked the room with the kitchen and laundry; very good move. Makayla Mack at the front desk though is a doll!! I came 2 hours early to check in and she made sure to find me an available room right away, and I didn’t even call ahead. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay while our condo was being renovated. The studio we stayed in (#641) was spotless and comfortable. It had everything we needed (kitchen, washer & dryer and a good sized refrigerator. The view was great (pool, intercoastal and Palm Beach) and the price was fair.
From the moment I arrived until checkout everything about this hotel was exceptional. Wish I could have had one more night at The Blind Monk and one more day at the pool/pool bar! Will definitely be back!!
