Chandler helped me get some fallen trees removed from my property, and the crew did a great job! They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. Great company!
I ran across Mr. Fredrick while him and his crew were working near my neighborhood. I asked for a card and explained I needed some large logs and brush removed from my backyard. He gave me a time frame for the next day. After evaluating the pile, he gave a fair price and offered to complete the removal the same day. His team was quick and efficient and we have plans on working with him on other yard landscaping projects.
This is the second time we have used AKA to work on our trees. They are always prompt, professional and do a great job. They went above and beyond to fit us in the schedule and did a top notch job.
Came to give me an estimate and then didn’t respond to my communications to cancel our proposal, sent the city to my house w/o my permission and took zero responsibility for the city showing up (for no reason) and tried to throw me under the bus and then I paid all the fees b/c your arborist folded like a baby. Would never ever recommend this company, completely unprofessional.
They came and gave me an est, and approximate date, they even tried to work me in earlier. They got it done in one afternoon. Two hundred foot pines.
