A great gym if your looking to get into the fight game or if your just looking to get fit.
Best mma gym in the area, coaches are amazing and so are the people. I have learned so much and look forward to class every day.
I’ve been training at this gym for a little while now, and I can’t recommend it enough. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced competitor. Coach is extremely chill, very knowledgeable , and has a great passion for teaching his students. This place is perfect for both beginners and experienced people. Everyone here is extremely friendly and they look out for one another. Gym is extremely clean with one of the coaches cleaning everything at the end of every day. Both kickboxing and BJJ classes are a great experience. The coach takes his time to explain your posture, hand positions , and body movement to get the technique down.
I did a class with my son and it was a really great workout.
