Grace and the other NPs are very nice and pleasant to talk to, HOWEVER, I was passed from 1 NP to another 3x with no heads up or explanation as to why. By the time I decided to switch providers it was clear to me they had no idea what medications I was on, what dosage, and when I started those meds. In fact at one point when I switched from one NP back to Grace (before being switched again) she was confused why I was still taking a certain medication when another one I was taking did the exact same thing.
