They do nicely designed nails, But the lady applied the acrylic so thickly that when it was time to remove the acrylics it split my natural nail across, so now I have half a natural nail. Too much acrylic was applied.. it’s taking along time for the nail to heal it’s been atleast a month. It was a hard time getting them off even with acetone.
I came in to get my nails done, just a french tip, which ended up costing $87, but a week went by and 2 of my nails had popped off and the other 8 started to peel up. I came in to ask if there was a policy that they could fix my nails since all of them had came up and they just asked me if I would like a fill. I said yes.. thinking that is what they were going to give me considering my previous set had fallen off. AK spa is awesome! Kelvin, Michelle, and Tom have all done a beautiful job on my nails. If you want a design, go to Tom. He's a perfectionist and a true artist!! For a great pedicure, ask for T!
1st time. Scheduled online. Appreciate the Sunday hours! Both did a great job. I will continue to use their services. Happy to have found them!
