homeowner I called aksarben a Guy came out and smelled like smoke and very dirty I believe he was on something. I told him to leave as my wife was creeped out I called big red rooter, Jim was there very nice and experienced took care the flood awesome job they have my business. From now on.
POOR EXPERIENCE...GO ELSEWHERE I had a very poor experience with Ak-sar-ben. Initially I had sewage backup at my home, I called Sunday morning on a holiday weekend when it happened and someone was at my door within the hour. They determined that it was tree roots that caused the problem and got it taken care of and all was well. A great initial experience.
