Param was very helpful and stayed late one evening to make sure we had heat when it was really cold out and also got the rebate done from fortis

I never write reviews but I feel like I need to let people know to stay away from him. Never in my life have I met someone that runs a business like this. Firstly, we set up an appointment for Sep 7, 2022, at 10 am and in the morning of the same day, he messaged at 7 am saying he has a migraine and to schedule for the 9th. Had already taken the day off work to wait for him but fine. He rescheduled with me for 9:30 am on Sep 9th, but did not show up until almost 11:30 am. Parm is a great guy. He works professionally. I have got done a job of changing grey pipes to PEX. he did a great and wonderful job. he fixed the issues long pending.

Param came out on July long weekend for my water heater. I called 6 companies they all said no. He showed up Sunday to diagnose. Monday to bring parts and repair. Something else went wrong during the repairs and param took care of it at no cost and then came back TUESDAY to get the whole job done!! Sorry about your long weekend. Definitely will call them first next time.
