Never trust this guy he will screw up your upgrade to your house. Ruben Masangkay is unlicensed to perform installation to your furnace. He works like 3 to 4 hours doing just 1 thing, and then the next day still doing same thing. This person is a clown and very talkative he will keep asking for things to buy and then he will abandon ihis job. I don't know how he can live that kind of attitude. Do not trust this guy RUBEN Masangkay (OWNER) He doesn't have a license to install a furnace. He'll take your money and forget about your contract. This contractor nothing but good talker. I know because he did this to us. Beware of this contractor Ruben Masangkay owner of akpiperestoration llc.
