Such a great experience at AK!! Alena made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in. She took the time to consult with me before starting and really listened to what I needed and my concerns. She customized the facial based on my skin and what she thought would be most helpful, and she was spot on. Her massage technique is amazing (the lymphatic massage especially felt sooo good). Over the past several months I have been consistently going to get facials. Alena is amazing and takes the time to understand your individual concerns that you wish to improve. She has completely turned around my skin from deep blemishes and helped support my skin to heal. She has helped me learn to listen to my skin and adapt based on my individual needs. Alena is absolutely incredible!! I was suffering from acne for months and one visit to her cleared it completely. She made suggestions for products and a routine that has kept my skin clear since (6 months later). She has such a healing touch and her face massage is wonderful. I leave an appt with her feeling so beautifully relaxed!! She has a passion for her work that translates to her level of care for your skin - I cannot recommend her enough!!!
