Andy does a great job and even fixed my broken nail for free!!
I would give a 0 star if i could... The nail tech doung my nails asked if i was pregnant.... I was so insulted... Im not pregnant!! You dont ask someone that... Thats like a rule...especially in the customer service industry which i have been my entire life.. so wont be goung back and to whatever you name eas hope you enjoyed not getting a tip... And from being a server my whole life I'm a double tipper! So sucks for you sorry... Learn how to be professional and nice to people!
My experience at this nail salon was terrible. I went in for a dip removal. The nail tech (I don’t know her name) filed down my dip insanely fast. As expected, I felt the electric file through my nail and pulled my hands out of hers as fast as I could. She told me it was my fault because my nails were so thin. My nails were previously very thick and strong. She was right, they are very thin now because she filed off 75% of my natural nail!! I let her continue because I didn’t know what else to do. Hey 👋 Came in today with my NJ grand girls for pedicures. Anna was wonderful and enjoyed my pedicure and gel fill. I'm from SC and will be sure to come again when I'm up north to see family ❤️ Patty
The only reason this has two stars is because the woman Amy who did my nails did amazing & she was the most pleasant person I spoke with that day. I had an appointment for a pedi & dip polish. The pedi was the worst pedi I have experienced. THREE different ppl did my pedi & one of the gentleman cut me! I was greeted rudely when I walked through the door & the woman that did my toes said no to doing my nails when the other person out of the three who was doing my toes asked her TWO TIMES.
