What an awesome gym and experience! To begin, I have a Masters Degree in sports condition and stay up on current strength and conditioning research and techniques, and I’m a licensed cycling coach. I love going here. Their classes are the most effective workouts. Not only do they focus on strength and cardio but also mobility. Everyone is extremely nice, welcoming and encouraging.
Small kettlebell gym with great coaching and a friendly group. No attitudes, just good workouts and fun people. The coach scales the work to fit individual abilities.
Top notch staff and excellent fitness community. Join this gym if you're serious about getting stronger.
My husband and I worked one on one with the owner, Jody, and we attended some of AK Kettlebell’s group classes. Both experiences were top notch. They do an incredible job of safely and responsibly teaching you the fundamentals while also pushing you to achieve things you had no idea you were capable of.
