Professional, thorough, trustworthy, and punctual. This is our second time using A&K and I would recommend A&K to anyone that needs a home inspection.
Not even a year after my home inspection, my house was found to have substantial termite damage which was missed by this inspector.
Literally the worst person and experience to have inspect my home. First off, the report was ridiculous, contradicted himself multiple times, saying things were sound and sturdy, then adding his"note" that it wasn't on multiple things. Had a contractor that was licensed and electrician that was licensed and both threw his "findings" out as irrelevant and "was on a power trip" with a report saying so. 10/10 experience having Adam inspect a house I put an offer on. From his customer service skills, expertise, and high quality work (very great pricing, too!), you can’t go wrong with this guy. Came into a property after this companies inspection. If you just want things to be eyeballed and thumbs up this is the company for you. If you want an actual inspection seek help elsewhere.
