Very disappointing experience. The haircut itself was poorly done, and the stylist did not listen to my requests. I clearly explained what I wanted, but my hair was cut completely differently. It felt like my preferences were ignored. The appointment system is also very poorly managed. Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait for about an hour before being seen. That defeats the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. Overall, poor communication, poor service, and an unacceptable wait time.

It’s actually insane what they did to my hair. Before it was so discolored and ugly and within a matter of hours, I walked out with soft, shiny and gorgeous hair. I’ve been to a lot of salons in my life and am glad I discovered this one. I’m blown away and have gotten so many compliments afterwards!
