These guys can’t cut hair. The cuts are so blunt. Only did a wash, didn’t even condition hair. There was hair all over the floor. It was so gross walking to the shampoo station. And dangerous, floor unsafe with so much hair that hadn’t been cleaned. They knew I didn’t like the cut but still had the nerve to ask for a tip…and then didn’t even say thank you. A bunch of immature adults working here who can’t even give a basic good hair cut. The other 1 star reviews were right. Don’t waste your time or money with this salon.

The man cutting my kid's hair stunk of cigarettes, had horribly long (5 inch) long un-kept nails, wore his pajamas to work with a raggedly shirt to match-- apparently didn't like me asking him to trim a little more hair off the sides of my kid's haircut. He didn't do what I asked (even though I am the parent and a paying customer) and then started talking about me in Chinese to the guy washing hair next to him and the girl working the front desk. Been there about 4-5 times now. Everytime I go it's super packed with people and after you wash your hair it takes like 20-30 minutes just to get my hair cut. And after waiting for about an hour in total to go there, wash my hair and then cut it it's just not worth it compared to the quality of the hair cut you get. Haircuts are horrendous they give you the most chopped haircuts of all tome. If you're looking to cut you're hair I don't recommend it cause chances are you won't be satisfied with the haircut.

Always the best customer service and the owner Ken listens and knows the style that will fit for your face shape! He is always smiling and always so kind and accommodating! I highly recommend A&K Salon!
