This company is the most professional plumbing service I have ever encountered I was dealing with a difficult plumbing situation created by a building group which is still building houses on the Northside - their original plumbing construction installation was passed and it was not to code. Untrustworthy and predatory operator. My widowed grandmother was ripped off by this group for a small water leak in her apartment. The bill was over $1700 for a small fix. She contacted me after she paid the bill to check the works and i discovered the materials only cost $190. All Kind ignored calls from my grandmothers number when we called to be taken through the associated costs. We have since been told by another plumber that total should have been closer to $500. Don't support these horrible humans.

Got an issue with my rainwater pump in March, was told they would source the replacement parts and keep in touch. 9 months in, no follow ups, no contacts. Best way to part with your $165 for 15min checks and zero outcome. I guess the job was a bit harder than changing a tap, so why bother. Would avoid this business.

Liam was awesome. Fast, efficient, tidy, knowledgeable, happy and just very kind. I will definitely be using AK Gas and Plumbing again for any future works that need to be done.
