My boyfriends recently got two root canals done last week the nexts day one came out. I haven’t been able to reach out to anyone in this office he went there on a Thursdays and it was closed. Been calling everyday since and still haven’t been able to reach anyone about this situation they send out a message saying he has an appointment but not responding to my calls this is unexceptionable and I’m taking this to the law.

The average time for a dentist to clean your teeth is 30min -1hr. The AK dentist finished in one minute. I been going to dentist for years, this is the worst and negligent service I have ever experienced. He didn’t even sit down to see my teeth. Very unprofessional. Very careless towards the patient. A dental cleaning should be a basic thing to do, yet that is the service they fail on providing. I will advise for the Dr there to go back to school and take the basic work ethics and dental cleaning.

My insurance automatically gave me this dentist and calling for the first time to get a referral for an oral sergon after being in agonizing pain, they said thy had no appointment that day .. understandable but then said they weren’t open again until Monday and today is Wednesday? What are they open three days a week? I had to hang up and call and switch dentist from my insurance
