Called and asked if they would mount my new tires on my motorcycle rims and he said yes and then asked what kind of bike which I said was a Drz400SM. He then said he doesn’t touch dirt bikes, I told him it is not a dirt bike it’s a fully street legal bike from factory that’s never seen the dirt. He then argued with me and said it was a dirtbike, which it is clearly not. Refused to mount tires on rims, didn’t asked for the bike itself to get worked on. Beware: Unethical Practices at ak Cycles I am deeply disappointed with my experience at ak Cycles. I entrusted them with custom kawasaki parts for my 1975 motorcycle, only to have them mishandled and, ultimately, stolen. These parts were not just valuable but also irreplaceable due to their custom nature. Authentic 1970s parts .... Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with management, I’ve been met with dismissive attitudes and no accountability. Came from out of state had appt scheduled a month prior to get oil changed.. confirmed appt... Showed up with a filter just in case and he said "he doesn't have enough oil to do it today".. Went and got oil from Walmart and Denali power sports got me in as soon as I could get there.. and didn't overcharge
Just got some great advice,and would recommend to all
